Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) training helps you get introduced to the concepts and terminology for adopting Agile. We cover the essential concepts, terminology, principles, values and techniques of being successful with implementing Scrum. As a ScrumMaster you will learn how to lead development teams toward Agile delivery by helping them understand about product backlogs, sprint planning, Scrum releases, tracking and reporting progress, and conducting retrospectives.

The two-day Certified ScrumMaster certification workshop is a prerequisite to take the exam in order to become a Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster. Upon the completion of the workshop, you will have a deep understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile fundamentals, Scrum artifacts, ceremonies, roles. CSM training includes a 2-year membership in the Scrum Alliance.
